    We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.


  • Proven experience of 2-3 years as a project manager, successfully managing projects with teams of up to 8 members;
  • Upper intermediate english level;
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Agile and SCRUM methodologies. SCRUM certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional) is highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and effectively;
  • Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation strategies;
  • Knowledge of project documentation principles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project success;
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating collaboration with teams across different time zones is a plus;
  • Proven ability to start projects from scratch, including project initiation and assembling the project team;
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and obstacles in a proactive and efficient manner;
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches;
