The client needed an online platform to simplify interaction within their private business community. The system had to help members find relevant contacts, organize regional events, schedule meetings, share relevant insights, and create new partnerships. The goal was to replace fragmented communication channels with one reliable environment for networking and collaboration.
Challenge
The main technical challenge was synchronizing the new platform with the existing Salesforce database. We had to automate data parsing, filtering, migration, and keep the system stable. At the same time, frequent design changes required rapid iterations and close coordination among project managers to avoid delivery delays.

The platform centralizes member profiles, regional leadership roles, event creation, invitations, and community discussions in one reliable system. We automated synchronization with Salesforce, so member information stays accurate without manual updates. Our team worked in short iterative cycles with direct collaboration between project managers and regular feedback after each release. This structure allowed us to incorporate ongoing design updates without slowing development and deliver the platform 1.5× faster than originally planned.

The platform allows administrators to assign regional leaders, create events with dedicated chats, and send invitations to members in specific regions. This structure supports scalable community growth across locations and keeps engagement organized and measurable. We rebuilt the system on top of legacy data and designed clear role logic to make regional segmentation work reliably without duplicating member records.

Each member completes a detailed questionnaire and mentions workplace, role, contact details, and areas of interest. This approach creates a searchable knowledge base that helps match members for partnerships, investments, and peer discussions. Our team structured profile data models to sync automatically with Salesforce for consistency between CRM records and platform accounts.

Members can create discussion threads, raise issues, and report inappropriate behavior. Users get a safe space to exchange insights and raise concerns. We implemented approval workflows and moderation controls that balance open discussion with governance, so conversations remain structured and compliant with community standards.
