ExpertsNow had a working product, but regular use revealed severe flaws. The interface was difficult to use, and the technical base limited future development. The team experienced a substantial drop-off and low engagement. The client approached Yojji to redesign the UX/UI, stabilize the architecture, and deliver a product that hiring teams could rely on in everyday workflows.

Challenge

We had to solve technical and product-level limitations without interrupting active hiring workflows. Our dev team worked with a partial legacy codebase and tightly coupled components, which complicated updates and required careful architecture stabilization. The platform also combined role-based access, multi-stage pipelines, and cross-platform support. So, every dependency had to function reliably as one system.

Our solutions

The Yojji team rebuilt ExpertsNow with shared logic across web and mobile, dark/light mode, and role-based access for project owners and experts. The product now covers candidate pipelines, expert profile management, opportunity tracking, and interview coordination tools with filtering. We integrated Calendly, LinkedIn, and Google into the platform and delivered a responsive UI/UX.

Candidate Pipeline Board

A kanban-style board moves applicants through four stages: pre-screened, contacted, interviewed, and selected. Recruiters and project managers can filter candidates, track progress, and change statuses in real-time. With role-based views, each user only sees relevant actions to keep hiring workflows organized.

Candidate Profile Management

We designed thorough, specialized cards that included talents, experience, daily rate, availability, languages, and linked documentation. Hiring teams get all they need to assess candidate progress, alter interview procedures, and keep consistent records without jumping between tools. Our unified data approach improves decision-making and lowers the likelihood of losing context during multi-stage hiring.

Opportunity and Position Tracking

The system has a dedicated positions and opportunities module where teams can establish roles, set requirements, and monitor active hiring needs. Each position connects directly to assigned candidates and interview stages to understand hiring load and pipeline health. Our structure solution supports parallel hiring processes without creating workflow conflicts.

Integrated Scheduling and External Authentication

ExpertsNow integrates with Calendly, LinkedIn, Apple, and Google to provide interview scheduling, profile syncing, and user authentication on the platform. Recruiters may schedule interviews and control candidate access without leaving the system. These linkages reduce the number of manual coordination processes, prevent missing or incorrect data, and ensure that the hiring workflow continues uninterrupted.
