Osu requested a payment widget and admin system for tracking payments, with an MVP for managing requests. After launch, they chose to continue the partnership and expand to a mobile app.
CHAllENGE
The project required creating a production-ready payment solution in a short timeframe, while the product volume continued to grow. We had to release a stable payment widget and administration system on time, quickly adapt to new payment flows and regulatory constraints, and maintain a stable user experience as the product expanded.
OUR SOLUTION
We delivered a production-ready MVP in two months, starting with an open-banking payment widget and an admin dashboard. We then expanded the product into a full ecosystem: a mobile app for payment requests, reminders, invoicing, and client management. Then our team delivered a billing portal and marketing assets to support launch and growth. The platform continues to evolve as Osu adds new plans, features, and use cases.



The mobile app allows sole traders to create and resend payment requests, track payments, send reminders, and issue invoices in one place. It includes built-in CRM with contact import, scan-to-pay, secure Face ID and fingerprint login, plan-based limits, automated emails, notifications, and in-app support via Intercom.

We built a lightweight payment widget with a Pay with Osu button that guides customers through payment summary, bank selection, and secure payment processing. The widget is easy to embed and supports open-banking flows.

Our team supported Osu during the go-to-market phase. We designed and developed landings, website pages, and marketing materials aligned with the product’s payment flows. This allowed the client to present the service clearly, explain open-banking value to sole traders, and launch without waiting on additional vendors.

An administration web app lets merchants manage clients, payment requests, transactions, users, and roles from a single interface. The system supports referral programs, widget branding customization, automated emails for all actions, and secure access with login, registration, and two-factor authentication.

Users can view pricing plans, track billing history, and manage their account access in the billing portal. This gave Osu a clear subscription flow and reduced support load around payments and plan changes.
