The client requested a custom cross-platform application for international remittances, including UI design, admin panel improvements, and mobile app development, with full autonomy for design and development decisions.

A key challenge was the need to make the service multilingual, alongside the client’s request for new functionality at a later stage, which had not been previously discussed.

Core features

Send Money redesign

We restructured the core “Send Money” flow to support a growing number of payment methods without overwhelming users. The redesigned interface adapts dynamically to selected corridors and payout options. Compliance and fee transparency are visible at every step.

Compliance Process

Our team implemented compliance tools that allow officers to monitor transactions, flag suspicious activity, and manage blacklists directly from the admin panel. This gave the client stronger control over regulatory requirements and reduced manual oversight risks.

Campaigns

A campaign management system enables discounts, referral programs, and promo codes for new and returning users. This approach drives acquisition and retention without changing core pricing logic.

Users and roles for Admins management

Our client got a flexible admin structure with departments, agent-level permissions, cash register logic, and custom pricing models. It supports complex operational setups and allows different agents to operate under tailored commission structures.

Payout

We expanded the platform from outbound transfers to include inbound payout capabilities. Users can now send and receive remittances, turning the platform into a two-way transaction system.

Biometric Authorization

Face ID and fingerprint authentication secure user access without slowing down login flows. This added an additional security layer aligned with financial service expectations.
